The Odes of Solomon
(expanded by william)
Once again many wondrous Keys of Knowledge are provided by a work that was kept out of the Cannon ("a reed" used for a rule or to measure) for obvious reasons. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed expanding (opening) it!!
Ode 1
1 The Lord [Father] is on my [Yahushua's] head [in My thoughts and intents] like a crown [of Truth and Righteousness], and I shall not be without Him. 2 They [ministering angels] wove for me a crown of truth [while I was in a slaves form], and it caused thy branches [those whom you called to be mine] to bud in me. 3 For it is not like a withered crown [(dying for lack of moisture) as religion would provide] which buddeth not [the Truth is not in them]: but thou livest upon my head, and thou hast blossomed [matured as wisdom] upon my head [in my thoughts and intents]. 4 Thy fruits are full-grown [within Me] and perfect, they are full of thy salvation.

1 ... I put on. 2 And his members are with him. And on them do I stand, and He loves me: 3 For I should not have known love the Lord, if not loved me. 4 For who is able to distinguish love except the one that is loved? 5. I love the beloved and my soul loves Him: 6 And where His rest is, there also am I; 7 And I shall be no strangers for with the Lord Most High and Merciful there is no grudging. 8 I have been united to Him, for the Lover has found the Beloved, 9 And because I shall love Him that is the Son, I shall become a son;. 10 For he that is joined to Him that is immortal, will also himself become immortal; 11 And he who has pleasure in the Living One, will become living. 12 This is the Spirit of the Lord, which doth not lie, which teacheth the sons of men to know His ways. 13 Be wise and understanding and vigilant. ODE 4.
1 No man [religious leader], O my God [Yahuah/Yahushua - who are one and the same (He started out as the God (appointed by the Father) over Adam and his sons being the author of the Law and the Prophets and then emptied Himself to take a slaves form that He might redeem those sons who had fallen prey to ha Shatan (who formed the first "religion" in opposition to Yahuah and His Commands], changeth thy holy place [His Law (Word/Truth) is perfect and unchangeable]; 2 And it is not (possible) that he should change it and put it in another place [religion - ha Shatan has tried for almost six thousand years to make the "world" (his religious establishment and all of its various sects) the "holy place" but it is nothing more than a counterfeit]: because he hath no power over it [those of the first birth (the living soul) do not even know they are dead let alone the mystery of the Life giving Spirit]: 3 For thy sanctuary [the souls of the Elect] thou hast designed before thou didst make (other) places [they were known "before the foundation of the world"]: 4 That which is the elder [the first birth - "the old man"] shall not be altered [no, it must be destroyed] by those [of the second birth] that are younger than itself. 5 Thou has given thy heart [of understanding], O Lord [Father], to thy believers [who obey your Commandments that I have provided them]: never wilt thou fail, nor be without fruits: 6 For one hour of thy Faith is days and years [of life]. 7 For who is there put on thy grace [turned around and truly repented], and be hurt [by past mistakes - true repentance brings a clean conscience]? 8 For thy seal is known [by one's words and deeds (seal on forehead = doing according to His Will which is always in this one's thoughts and intents]: and [all] thy creatures know it [so there can really be no excuse]: and thy (heavenly) hosts [the Elect] possess it ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"]: and the elect archangels are clad with it. 9 Thou hast given us [the Tribes of Israel] thy fellowship: it was not that thou wast in need of us: but that we are in need of thee: 10 Distill [purify-with the Key of Knowledge] thy dews [the Living Waters] upon us and open thy rich fountains [within us] that pour forth to us milk and honey [from the scriptures and the heart]: 11 For there is no repentance with thee that thou shouldest repent of anything that thou hast promised [He will never fail in His promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and to their seed]: 12 And the end was revealed before thee [and written in a scroll]: for what thou gavest [undeserved kindness (grace)], thou gavest freely: 13 So that thou mayest not draw them [promises] back and take them again: 14 For all was revealed [by the Father] before thee as God [His offices of Yahuah/Yahushua], and ordered from the beginning [again by the Father] before thee: and thou, O God, hast made all things. ODE 5.
1 I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord [Father], because I love thee; 2 O Most High, thou wilt not forsake me for thou art my hope: 3 Freely I have received thy grace, I shall live thereby: 4 My persecutors [those who have much to lose if the Truth be exposed - religious leaders] will come and not see me [the Kingdom inside of Him is not visible]: 5 A cloud of darkness shall fall [many deceivers will get inside their heads] on their eyes [blinding them to the Truth]; and an air of thick gloom [the spirit of the world] shall darken them [so they become disciples of the deceivers following after iniquity]: 6 And they shall have no light to see [they will have been thoroughly deceived and not even seek the Truth]: they may not take hold upon me ["The ruler of this world cometh and he hath nothing in me"]. 7 Let their [depraved] counsel [to the few that might grope for me] become thick darkness [confuse them even more that they never grope again], and what they have cunningly devised, let it return upon their own heads [they will suffer all of the confusion of Babylon in their own minds which is quite evident today in world affairs as they are acting as madmen]: 8 For they have devised a counsel and it did not succeed [against the Elect - " For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect."]: 9 For my hope is upon the Lord and I will not fear [their persecutions and threats], and because the Lord is my salvation, I will not fear ["...what man can do to me"]: and He is a garland on my head [always in my thoughts] and I shall not be moved [by the spirit of the world]; even if everything should be shaken [in my time of trial as Job], I stand firm [in faith and trust]; 11 And if all things visible should perish [before my eyes even my flesh], I [my soul] shall not die [shall live forever]; because the Lord is with me I and I am with Him. ODE 6.
1 As the hand [power of the spirit in me] moves over the harp [the heart], and the strings [vocal chords] speak, 2 So speaks in my members [by my word and deed] the Spirit of the Lord [Father], and I speak by His love. 3 For it destroys what is foreign [religion - anything outside of the Will of the Father] and everything that is bitter [wormwood (bitter waters) the Lies that appeal to the sensual nature of man in order to bind him to religion]: 4 For thus it was from the beginning [before the fall of Adam (and his sons)] and will be to the end [after the restoration], that nothing should be His adversary [death and Hades are cast into the lake of fire], and nothing should stand up against Him [in the hearts and minds of man or angel]. 5 The Lord [Father] has multiplied the knowledge of Himself [through His Elect over the past six thousand years], and is zealous that these things [the Truth and Righteousness] should be known, which by His grace have been given to us [the Key of Knowledge is opened to these]. 6 And the praise of His name He gave us: our spirits praise His holy Spirit [this too is done in secret as we don't even know when it happens]. 7 For there went forth a stream [the pouring out of holy spirit (Truth) upon men] and became a river great and broad [the Truth could not be contained anymore (as in Daniel "at the time of the end, when knowledge should increase") - this is largely due to the advent of bible's being published in every language and distributed globally followed up by the use of the internet which has been instrumental in exposing all of the lies of the worlds religious system called Babylon]; 8 For it flooded [over the whole inhabited earth] and broke up everything [the foundations of the world which are lies, deceit, covetness etc..] and it brought (water) [the Living Word/Truth] to the Temple [into the hearts and minds of the Elect]; 9 And the restrainers [leaders of Babylon (religion)] of the children of men were not able to restrain it [keep the Truth from spreading], nor the arts [casting of spells with the use of "legalese"] of those [Pharisees (religions leaders) and scribes (lawyers)] whose business it is [to use their confusion of language which has encompassed the globe in service of the god of mammon (commerce)] to restrain [Life giving] waters [Truth]; 10 For it [Truth] spread over the face of the whole earth, and filled everything [Messiah "enlightens every man coming into the world" after Pentecost spoken of in Acts]: and all the thirsty [for Truth and Righteousness] upon earth were given to drink of it; 11 And thirst was relieved and quench: for from the Most High the draught was given [His spirit dwells in everyone - all know (in the pit of their stomach) when they are doing evil so there is no more excuse for once the truth is known we must "choose ye this day whom ye will serve"]. 12 Blessed then are the ministers [those who embraced His grace and made their choice for these receive of the hidden meanings] of that draught [the Fountain of Life] who are entrusted with that water [the Word of Truth to keep it and obey it and to share it with other who are found worthy of receiving it] 13 They have assuaged the dry lips [of those bound in religion who have had no "real" water], and the will [of God within them] that had fainted [behind the veil of darkness (fear and deception of men)] they have raised up [lifted up in spirit]; 14 And souls that were near departing [both physically and spiritually] they have caught back from death [by the Fountain of Life]: 15 And limbs [members of the body of Christ] that had fallen [prey to religion] they straightened [their path] and set up [over those who restrained them]: 16 They gave strength [increased their faith that they might walk in a newness of Life (in spirit)] for their feebleness [in the "old man"] and light [Truth] to their [newly opened spiritual] eyes: 17 For everyone knew them [the Elect] in the Lord ["the whole creation is awaiting the unveiling of the sons of Elohim"], and they lived by the water of life [the Truth set them free] forever. Ode 7
1 As the impulse of anger against evil, so is the impulse of joy over what is lovely, and brings in of its fruits [of the heart] without restraint [one will usually act in a way that is appropriate to the impulse (desire) of his heart]: 2 My joy is the Lord [the Father] and my impulse is toward Him [to do as He does]: this path of mine is excellent: 3 For I have a helper [the "spirit of truth that will guide us into all truth"], the Lord. 4 He hath caused me to know Himself [in me], without grudging [one cannot grudge the things of his own doing after it is revealed to him], by His simplicity [He has never made this hard, people do that in their depravity]: His [undeserved] kindness has humbled His greatness. 5 He became like me [came in the flesh], in order that I might receive Him [for the flesh could not perceive that which is invisible]: He was reckoned like myself in order that I might put Him on [He demonstrated to us that it is possible to be made perfect while still alive on the earth - a great secret - "Christ in you, the hope of glory"]; 7 And I trembled not when I saw Him: because He was gracious to me: 8 Like my nature He became [a living soul] that I might learn Him [from His own lips and hands] and like my form [lower/outward (fleshly) appearance], that I might not turn back from Him [once one physically sees and knows someone He is always in your memory - unlike the unseen which has no image for the mind to grasp]: 9 The Father of knowledge is the word of knowledge: 10 He who created wisdom [one of the seven spirits of perfection] is wiser than His works: 11 And He who created me [knew me] when yet I was not [yet formed in the womb] knew what I should do when I came into being [a living soul in the flesh, the fallen nature]: 12 Wherefore He pitied me in His abundant grace: and granted me to ask from Him [directly and not through a religion] and to receive [the benefit] from His sacrifice: 13 Because He it is that is incorrupt, the fullness of the ages and the of them. 14 He [the Father] hath given Him [Yahushua] to be seen [in the flesh and in the spirit] of them that are His [the "outcalled" one's - the Elect], in order that they may recognize Him [the Father] that made them [according to His image and likeness]: and that they might not suppose that they came of themselves [as the heathens (creatures of the flesh) believe]: 15 For knowledge [of the Truth] He hath appointed as its [wisdoms] way, hath widened it and extended it [in His Elect]; and brought to all perfection [in their particular roles]; 16 And set over it the traces of His light [those who minister it to others], and I walked therein [again "Christ (the anointing) in you.."] from the beginning [of my faith] even to the end [for "He is the author and finisher of our faith"]. 17 For by Him it [wisdom] was wrought, and He was resting in the Son [Yahushua and his body of faithful], and for its salvation He will take hold of everything ["He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son."]. 18 And the Most High shall be known in His Saints, to announce to those [the "called" - who are currently bound in religion] that have songs [the Old and New Testaments prophesies] of the coming of the Lord: 19 That they may go forth to meet Him ["in the air" (the spirit) but these must "come out from her" first], and may sing to Him with joy and with the harp [the heart] of many tones [voices]: 20 The seers [prophets] shall come before Him [to prophesy of His coming] and they [the prophets] shall be seen [by all who receive the Truth] before Him [before He arrives in them], 21 And they shall praise the Lord [the Father] for His love [for He is Love]: because He is near and beholdeth [in their hearts]. 22 And hatred shall be taken from the earth [the hearts of man], and along with jealousy it shall be drowned [by the Life giving waters of Truth]: 23 For ignorance [darkness] hath been destroyed, because the knowledge of the Lord [The Way, the Truth and the Light] hath arrived [in Messiah]. 24 They who make songs shall sing the grace of the Lord Most High; 25 And they shall bring their songs [the Truth found in prophesy that they have received from the Lord], and their heart shall be like the day [always bright and shiny]: and like the excellent beauty of the Lord their pleasant song; 26 And there shall neither be anything that breathes [any living soul] without knowledge nor any that is dumb [full of evil spirits]: 27 For He hath given a mouth [the Word] to His creation, to open the voice of the mouth [of that creation] towards Him, to praise Him: 28 Confess ye His power, and show forth His grace. Ode 8
1 Open ye, open ye your hearts to the exultation of the Lord: 2 And let your love be multiplied from the heart and even to the lips, 3 To bring forth fruit to the Lord, living [fruit], holy [fruit], and to talk with watchfulness in His light. 4 Rise up [receive the resurrection (the spirit birth)], and stand erect, ye who sometime were brought low [while in the first birth (flesh)]: 5 Tell forth ye who were in silence [waiting patiently upon the Lord], that your mouth hath been opened [to proclaim His good news - the hidden meanings of the Word]. 6 Ye, therefore, that were despised [by the world] be henceforth lifted up [in spirit], because your righteousness [in thoughts and intents] hath been exalted [in the works of the Father]. 7 For the right hand [spiritual power] of the Lord is with you: and He is your helper: 8. And [eternal/internal] peace was prepared for you, before ever your war was [while you were still in the first birth]. 9. Hear the word of truth, and receive the knowledge of the Most High. 10 Your flesh has not known what I am saying to you [for it could not discern it]: neither have your [hardened] hearts known what I am showing to you [right now]. 11 Keep [own] my secret [that "...as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:"], ye who are kept by it [own and obey it]. l2 Keep my faith [the strength it brings], ye who are kept [steadfast] by it. l3 And understand my knowledge, ye who know me in truth [in Christ], 14 Love me with affection, ye who love! 15 For I do not turn away my face from them that are mine [the Elect]; 16 For I know them and before they came into being [a Life giving Spirit] I took knowledge of them, and on their faces [countenance - these always look toward the heavenly things] I set my seal: 17 I fashioned their members [their spiritual senses]: my own breasts [the Law and the Prophets (to include Yahushua - NT)] I prepared for them, that they might drink my holy milk [unadulterated Truth - the Fountain of Life] and live thereby 18 I took pleasure in them and am not ashamed of them: 19 For my workmanship are they and the strength of my thoughts [which I have given them]: 20 Who then shall rise up against my handiwork [only we ourselves can do this], or who is there that is not subject to them [the Father "For He [the Father] subjects all under His [the Son's] feet. Now whenever He may be saying that all is subject, it is evident that it is outside of Him [the Son] Who subjects all to Him [the Son]. Now, whenever all may be subjected to Him [the Father], then the Son Himself also shall be subjected to Him [the Father] Who subjects all to Him [the Son], that Elohim may be All in all."]? 21 I willed and fashioned mind and heart: and they are mine, and by my own right hand [the power of My Spirit] I set my elect ones: 22 And my righteousness goeth before them and they shall not be deprived of my name, for it is with them. 23 Ask [for Truth/Understanding], and abound [in wisdom] and abide in the love of the Lord, 24 And yet beloved ones [the Elect] in the Beloved [Yahushua]: those who are kept, in Him that liveth: 25 And they that are saved [the Elect who conceived Life in the second birth] in Him [the Son] that was saved [by the Father]; 26 And ye shall be found incorrupt in all ages [eternally] to the name of your Father. Ode 9
1 Open your [spiritual] ears and I will speak to you [plainly]. Give me your souls [commit to doing My Will] that I may also give you my soul [what My Will for you is (His soul is the one you are carrying around in that bag of flesh of yours which we must be willing to give up in order to receive it again) "Therefore the Father is loving Me, seeing that I am laying down My soul that I may be getting it again. No one is taking it away from Me, but I am laying it down of Myself. I have the right to lay it down, and I have the right to get it again [this is a birth right]. This precept I got from My Father." and in John; "By this we know love, seeing that that He', for our sakes, lays down His soul. We' also ought to lay down our souls for the sake of the brethren."], 2 The word of the Lord and His good pleasures, the holy thought [the redemption of man] which He has devised concerning his Messiah [anointed]. 3 For in the will of the Lord is your [souls] salvation, and His thought [which you must acquire for yourself - as a crown of beauty] is everlasting life; and your end [the death of the "old man" and doing things according to the Will of the Father] is immortality. 4 Be enriched in God [Elohim] the Father, and receive the thought of the Most High [the Key of Knowledge which opens up the hidden meanings of the Word]. 5 Be strong [do not lose faith] and be redeemed [from your sinful past] by His grace. 6 For I announce to you peace [in heart, mind and soul], to you His saints; 6 That none of those who hear [My Commands and the hidden meanings of My Word] may fall in war [for this war is spiritual and not carnal], and that those again who have known Him [and have gone astray] may not perish [even these He will "give their flesh over for destruction that the soul might live"], and that those who receive [Christ in them] may not be ashamed. 8 An everlasting crown forever is Truth. Blessed are they who set it [as a continual reminder] on their heads [in their thoughts and intents]: 9 A stone of great price is it [the Key of Knowledge]; and there have been wars on account of the crown [Truth i.e. to Keep it hidden for there is great power in this knowledge (if you are the only one possessing it for unjust gain!) for the Truth sets one free from religion (bondage)]. 10 And righteousness hath taken it [Truth - the crown] and hath given it to you [out of grace not your own works]. 11 Put on the crown [wear the Truth in all that you say and do for you are now an ambassador of the Word] in the true covenant [of everlasting Life] of the Lord. 12 And all those who have conquered [death - the second] shall be written in His book [the book of Life]. 13 For their [the Elects] book is victory [over the world and death] which is yours. And she (Victory) sees you before her and wills that you shall be saved. Hallelujah.
ODE 10.
1 The Lord hath directed my mouth by His word: and He hath opened my heart by His light: and He hath caused to dwell in me His deathless life ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"]; 2 And gave me that I might speak the fruit peace [one of the fruits of righteousness]: 3 To convert the souls of them who are willing to come to Him [i.e. answer the call]; and to lead captive [out of the world] a good captivity [into the heavens] for freedom ["the Truth will set you free"]. 4 I was strengthened [in my faith] and made mighty [in word and deed] and took the world captive [made it a footstool at my feet]; 5 And it became to me for the praise of the Most High [seeing that all was created for this very purpose], and of God [Elohim] my Father. 6 And the Gentiles [unbelievers in the Hebrew religion] were gathered together ["as chicks under a hens wings"] who were scattered abroad. 7 And I was unpolluted by my love for them [because these never knew of Him like the Jews did who rejected the Truth], because they confessed me in high places [they were not afraid to boldly proclaim the good news to religious leaders]: and the traces of the light were set upon their heart [the Spirit of Truth slowly brought them into all Truth]: 8 And they walked [in Spirit and in Truth] in my life [so these had conceived of the second birth] and were saved and ["they who were not my people"] became my people [the Elect] forever and ever. ODE 11.
1 My heart was cloven [split open by the seed (Word) which germinated in the heart (earth) causing a new plant to sprung up] and its flower [glory (capacity to reproduce and bear fruit)] appeared; and grace sprang up in it [as it was moved to repent and turn back seeking the light of the Father to sustain it and make it grow]: and it brought forth fruit [of righteousness] to the Lord, 2 For the Most High clave [split open] my heart [which was good soil, a pure heart willing to let go of everything it has (which is really just a storehouse full of deceit and lies) in order to receive the Truth] by His Holy Spirit and searched my affection towards Him [towards Truth]: and filled me with His love. 3 And His opening of me [and not my own works] became my salvation; and I ran in His way [chose that day to serve Him] in His peace even in the way of truth: 4 from the beginning [of my faith] and even to the end [the finishing of my faith] I acquired His knowledge: 5 And I [my soul] was established [re-created in the new birth (in the spirit)] upon the rock of truth [Yahuah/Yahushua], where He [the Father] had set me up: 6 And speaking waters [of Life givingTruth] touched my lips [bubbled up from within me] from the fountain of the Lord plenteously [who is in me and I in Him]: 7 And I drank [His Truth] and was inebriated with the living water that doth not die; 8 And my inebriation was not one without knowledge [being drunk on the Truth has a completely different result than being drunk on the lie has}, but I forsook vanity [the way of the world] and turned to the Most High my God [Elohim], 9 And I was enriched by His bounty [through Christ - His reward is with Him "to give to every man according to his works"], and I forsook the folly [imaginations of men] which is diffused [has found its way into all aspects of life] over the earth [in the hearts of men]; and I stripped it off [the old garment of deceit and unrighteousness] and cast it from me: 10 And the Lord renewed me in His raiment [a new garment of Truth and Righteousness], and possessed [held me captive] me by His light [Truth/Life], and from above [in all my thoughts and intents] He gave me rest in incorruption [made me "cease from my own works"]; 11 And I became like the land [the living soul] which blossoms [continues to produce fruit] and rejoices in its fruits [more Truth]: 12 And the Lord was like the sun [radiant light] shining on the face [the countenance] of the land [the soul that reflects this light]; 13 He lightened my eyes [opened up my spiritual vision that I might know both the higher/inward (spiritual) substance of the Word and the lower/outward (fleshly) form] and my face received the dew [the Life giving waters of the spirit of the Word]; the pleasant odour [prayers of the Saints in spirit and in truth] of the Lord; 14 And He carried me [lifted me up in the spirit] to His Paradise [the garden in the beginning - he brought me to the level of "son of man" before the fall]; where is the abundance of the pleasure, of the Lord; 15 And I worshipped the Lord on account of His glory; and I said, Blessed, O Lord, are they [the Elect] who are planted in thy land [His heart] and those who have a place in thy Paradise [His Kingdom]; 16 And they grow [in stature and wisdom] by the fruits of the trees [in the garden to include the Tree of Life]. And they [the Elect] have changed from darkness [ignorance and falsehood] to light [Understanding and Truth]. 17 Behold! all thy servants [those who obediently serve Him] are fair, who do good works [the works of the Father], and turn away from wickedness to the pleasantness that is thine: 18 And they have turned back the bitterness [the taste of the poisoned fruit (falsehoods)] of the [worldly] trees [religion] from them, when they were planted [experienced the new (spiritual) birth] in thy land [His heart/covenant]; 19 And everything became like a relic [remnant] of thyself [when one sees the All as being of Him, for Him and in Him], and memorial for ever of thy faithful works [which were from the beginning]. 20 For there is abundant room in thy Paradise [there is no limit to the mind of the Father or His Sons who have inherited all that He has], and nothing is useless therein [for all is in perfect harmony and has a purpose]; 21 But everything is filled with fruit [of righteousness - all working for the glory of the Father (the body of the universe) in which all exists - "I am coming to be, that I am coming to be"]; glory be to thee, O God, the delight of Paradise for ever. ODE 12.
1 He hath filled me with words of truth; that I may speak the same; 2 And like the flow of waters flows truth from my mouth [the water of the Word is Truth], and my lips show forth His fruit [I share what He has given me]. 3 And He has caused His [Key of] knowledge to abound in me, because the mouth of the Lord is the true Word, and the door of His light; 4 And the Most High hath given it [light, life] to His words, which are the interpreters [the Key of Knowledge found within His Word] of His own beauty [as the exact representation of the Father, His image perfected], and the repeaters of His praise, and the confessors of His counsel and the heralds of His thought and the chasteners of His servants [the Elect]. 5 For the swiftness of the Word is inexpressible [in its lower/outward (fleshly) meaning], and like its expression [in its higher/inward (spiritual) meaning] is its swiftness and force [the Truth is mighty and powerful in moving others]; 6 And its course knows no limit [nothing can overcome the Truth]. Never doth it fail, but it stands sure, and it knows not descent nor the way of it [Light/Truth always overpowers darkness/lies]. 7 For as its work is, so is its end [to either conform one to Christ or to condemn one to Gehenna]: for it is light and the dawning of thought [new spiritual insight]; 8 And by it the worlds talk one to the other; and in the Word there were those that were silent [the hidden meanings]; 9 And from it came love and concord [there is no division in the Truth]; and they spake one to the other whatever was theirs [they shared what they were given]; and they were penetrated by the Word [it took root in their hearts]; 10 And they knew Him who made them, because they were in concord [One in spirit]; for the mouth of the Most High spake to them [plainly revealed the Truth hidden in the scriptures]; and His explanation ran [like a river] by means of it: 11 For the dwelling-place of the Word is [spiritual] man [not beast]: and its truth is love. 12 Blessed are they who by means thereof have understood everything, and have known the Lord in His truth. ODE 13.
1 Behold! the Lord is our mirror [those of Christ see Him when they look in the (spiritual) mirror]: open the [two] eyes and see them [the higher/inward spiritual meanings and the lower/outward (fleshly) meanings of the Word] in Him [Truth]: and learn the manner of your face [countenance - does it reflect His teachings and knowledge or the worlds]: 2 And tell forth praise to His spirit [and not the "letter" of religion]: and wipe off the filth [spots from the world] from your face: and love His holiness, and clothe yourselves therewith [become holy as He is holy]: 3 And be without stain at all times before Him [do all according to His Will]. ODE 14.
1 As the eyes of a son to his father so are my eyes, O Lord at all times towards thee. 2 For with thee are my consolations and my delight. 3 Turn not away thy mercies from me, O Lord: and take not thy kindness from me. 4 Stretch out to me, O Lord, at all times thy right hand [the power of Your spirit]: and be my guide even unto the end [of "the old man"], according to thy good pleasure. 5 Let me be well-pleasing before thee, because of thy glory and because of thy name: 6 Let me be preserved from evil, and let thy meekness, O Lord, abide with me, and the fruits of thy love. 7 Teach me the Psalms of thy truth, that I may bring forth fruit in thee: 8 And open to me the harp of thy Holy Spirit, that with all its notes I may praise thee, O Lord. 9 And according to the multitude of thy tender mercies, so thou shalt give to me; and hasten to grant our petitions; and thou art able for all our needs. One of the loveliest Odes an this unusual collection.
1 As the sun is the joy to them that seek for its daybreak, so is my joy the Lord; 2 Because He is my Sun and His rays have lifted me up and His light hath dispelled all darkness from my face. In Him I have acquired [spiritual] eyes and have seen His holy day: 4 [spiritual] Ears have become mine and I have heard His truth. 5 The thought of knowledge hath been mine, and I have been delighted through Him. 6 The way of error I have left, and have walked towards Him and have received salvation from Him, without grudging. 7 And according to His bounty He hath given to me and according to His excellent beauty He hath made me. 8 I have put on incorruption through His name: and have put off corruption by His grace. 9 Death hath been destroyed before my face: and Sheol hath been abolished by my word: 10 And there hath gone up deathless life in the Lord's land, 11 And it hath been made known to His faithful ones, and hath been given without stint to all those that trust in Him. ODE 16.
1 As the work of the husband man [Yahushua] is the ploughshare [to first open up (cultivate) the heart]: and the work of the steersman [His holy spirit] is the guidance [in spirit and in truth] of the ship [the vessel of our bodies that they do not shipwreck and our souls not perish]: 2 So also my work is the Psalm of the Lord [the Word sung by HIs disciples and prophets - the hidden meanings]: my craft and praises: 3 Because His love hath nourished my heart [with Truth], and even to my lips His fruits He poured out [those who love Him and have received Truth share it with others]. 4 For my love is the Lord, and I therefore I will sing unto Him: 5 For I am made strong in His praise, and I have faith in Him. 6 I will open my mouth and His spirit will utter in me the glory of the Lord and His beauty; the work of His hands [by His Power] and the operation of His fingers [making us grasp the higher/inward (spiritual) meanings in the Word]: 7 The multitude of His mercies and the strength of His word. 8 For the word [sword of Truth] of the Lord searches out all things, both the invisible [the thoughts and intents of the heart] and that which reveals His thought [is manifest in the works of those who know Him]; 9 For the [spiritual] eye sees His works [in Word and in deed] and the [spiritual] ear hears His thought [is able to discern the spiritual meaning in all He says and does]; 10 He spread out the earth [the hearts of mankind] and He settled the waters [the Words of life] in the sea [the thoughts of mankind (calm, agitated, raging etc..]: 11 He measured [calculated the cost of building] the heavens [His holy house] and fixed the stars [the luminaries to the world]: and He established the creation [of the world that it might give birth to sons of the Kingdom] and set it up: 12 And He rested from His works [on the seventh day]: 13 And created things run in their [own] courses, and do their [own] works: 14 And they know not how to stand and be idle [they are like wandering stars]; and His heavenly hosts are subject to His word [Obey His Commandments]. 15 The treasure-chamber of the light [gifts of the holy spirit] is the sun [the light of the world], and the treasury of the darkness [gifts of the spirit of the world] is the night [ignorance of that light]: 16 And He made the sun for the day ["We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:"] that it may be bright, but night brings darkness over the face of the land; 17 And their alternations one to the other speak the beauty of God [Elohim]: 18 And there is nothing that is without the Lord [the Father]; for He was before any thing came into being [Even the Word]: 19 And the worlds were made by His word [the Truth/the Light which was manifest in flesh], and by the thought of His heart. ODE 17.
1 I was crowned [in Truth] by my God [Yahuah/Yahushua]: my crown is living [waters]: 2 And I was justified in my Lord [not himself]: my incorruptible salvation is... [Heb. 3] I was loosed from vanity [of the world], and I was not condemned [because he believed and trusted in the Father with all his heart]: 4 The choking bonds [of religion] were cut off by her [wisdoms] hands [spiritual power]: I received the face [raised up countenance] and the fashion of a new [spiritual] person: and I walked in it [the narrow path] and was saved [through His grace]; 5 And the thought of truth led me on [to seek more Truth]. And I walked after it and did not wander [after other elohim (religion) : 6 And all that have seen me [before this change in heart] were amazed: and I was regarded by them as a strange person [for we all become strangers and pilgrims in the earth belonging to a Kingdom that is not of this world]: 7 And He who knew and brought me up [in a spiritual body] is the Most High [the Father] in all His perfection. And He glorified me by His kindness, and raised my thoughts to the height of His truth [to always consider the higher/inward (spiritual) meanings of His Word]. 8 And from thence He gave me the way [the Key of Knowledge] of His precepts and I opened the doors [of Truth] that were closed [in my heart by a veil of flesh],. 9 And brake in pieces the bars of iron [the bonds of religion that kept me in my flesh]: but my iron melted and dissolved before me [as one gleans more and more Truth, the imaginations of men and their religious systems dissolve from one's heart and come to nothing]; 10 Nothing appeared closed to me [no secret remained hidden]: because I was the door [Truth] of everything. 11 And I went over all my bond men [my brothers who were still bound to their religion] to loose them; that I might not leave any man bound or binding [hoping that the Truth would also set them free]: 12 And I imparted my knowledge [what was opened by the Key thereof] without grudging [freely I received and freely I gave]: and my prayer was in my love [as a child loves a parent]: 13 And I sowed my fruits [Truth] in hearts [that were prepared to receive them], and transformed them into myself ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"]: and they received my blessing [to become a fountain of life] and lived; 14 And they were gathered to me [as a hen gathers her chicks] and were saved [by grace]; because they were to me as my own members [of His body] and I was their head [always in their thoughts]. Glory to thee our head [He who shares His thoughts (which are higher than ours) with us] the Lord Messiah. Hallelujah.
ODE 18.
1 My heart [soul] was lifted up in the love of the Most High and was enlarged [inflamed]: that I might praise Him for His name's sake [not my own]. 2 My members [spiritual senses] were strengthened [by faith] that they might not fall from His strength [His faith which cannot fail]. 3 Sicknesses [sinful behavior and carnal reasoning] removed from my body [as I was conformed to the mind of Christ], and it [my spiritual body] stood to the Lord by His will [not my own]. For His kingdom [which is inside of us] is true. 4 O Lord, for the sake of them that are deficient [still in their carnal thoughts and deeds] do not remove thy word [Truth] from me [that I should perish]! 5 Neither for the sake of their [religious leaders] works [which are evil] do thou restrain from me thy perfection [keep on working to make me perfect as you are perfect]! 6 Let not the luminary [angel of the Lord i.e. one with Christ in them, the hope of glory who has been given the Key of Knowledge] be conquered [overcome] by the darkness [ignorance and deceit of the world]; nor let truth flee away from falsehood [continually strengthen me and my faith while in the world and among the beasts thereof]. 7 Thou wilt appoint me to victory; our Salvation is thy right hand [in His Power]. And thou wilt receive men from all quarters [the four corners of the earth]. 8 And thou wilt preserve whosoever is held [captive] in evils [Babylonian captivity i.e. sold under slavery in the world]: 9 Thou art my God. Falsehood [Babylonian teachings] and death [the ways of the world] are not in thy mouth: 10 For thy will is [my] perfection [in you]; and vanity thou knowest not [nothing He does is in vain], 11 Nor does it [vanity of the world] know thee [it cannot even discern Him]. 12 And error thou knowest not [for He is perfect in all His ways], 13 Neither does it know thee [it cannot know Him]. 14 And ignorance appeared like a blind man [one who is groping without light]; and like the foam [the errant words] of the sea [the errant thoughts of mankind], 15 And they supposed [in their lower/outward (fleshly) minds] of that vain thing that it [Mystery Babylon] was something great [Revelation calls it "Babylon the great"]; 16 And they too came in likeness of it [the Beast they created] and became vain; and those [the Elect] have understood [the Key of Knowledge and the higher/inward (spiritual) meanings in scripture] who have known [Truth] and meditated; 17 And they have not been corrupt in their imagination [since their spiritual birth]; for such were in the mind of the Lord; 18 And they mock at them that were walking in error; 19 And they spake truth from the inspiration which the Most High breathed into them; Praise and great comeliness to His name. ODE 19.
1 A cup of [spiritual] milk [the Word of God, pure and unadulterated i.e. the higher/inward (spiritual) understandings] was offered to me [he was called to Christ]: and I drank it in the sweetness of the delight of the Lord [he chose that day who he would serve]. 2 The Son is the cup [to drink Him is to walk as He walked and suffer as He suffered] and He who was milked is the Father [who is Love]: 3 And the Holy Spirit milked Him [in order to feed and nurture His prophets and regenerated (born again) sons]: because His breasts [the Spirit of the Word in the Old and the New Testaments] were full [the fullness of the Spirit is in them], and it was necessary for Him that His milk should be sufficiently released [poured out upon all flesh]; 4 And the Holy Spirit opened His bosom [at Pentecost that He might pour out His spirit on all who believed] and mingled the milk from the two breasts [the Old and the New Testaments - the Word in the lower/outward (fleshly) form and in the higher/inward (spiritual) substance (Moses/Messiah) - "He came written in a scroll" (the OT) and then released to us the NT and the Key of Knowledge to open the scriptures] of the Father and gave the mixture [both Testimonies which are in harmony with each other from a spiritual perspective] to the world without their knowing [this is Truth hidden in the word and the world (religion) still thinks the two testimonies are contradictory and therefore are stumbled at Messiah to this day]: 5 And they who receive in its fullness [the Elect] are the ones on the right hand [in His Power and Spirit]. 6 The Spirit opened the womb of the Virgin [Earth (Eve)] and she received conception and brought forth [living souls]; and the Virgin became a Mother ["the mother of everyone living"] with many mercies [for the sons of flesh would need them]; 7 And she travailed [in her effort to bring forth spiritual sons] and brought forth a Son [Yahushua], without incurring pain [there is no physical pain in spiritual birth]; 8 And because she was not sufficiently prepared [for all the wickedness in the world that would try to kill her child], and she had not sought a midwife [to help deliver the child] (for He [the Father] brought her to bear) she brought forth, as if she were a man [i.e. through an angel], of her own will [as one in the flesh might]; 9 And she brought Him forth openly [He was manifest in the flesh], and acquired Him [when He overcame and ascended to the Father] with great dignity, 10 And loved Him in His swaddling clothes [the fleshly cover which hid the spirit birth within - swaddling restricts the spiritual child's ability to move others by the power of the spirit ("let it be according to YOUR faith")] and guarded Him kindly [by ministering to Him day and night preparing Him for what He would have to suffer], and showed Him in Majesty [when He was raised up and given a NAME higher than any other]. ODE 20.
1 I am a priest of the Lord, and to Him I do priestly service [minister to others out of love]: and to Him I offer the sacrifice of His thought [to do according to His Will]. 2 For His thought is not like the thought of the world nor the thought of the flesh [the lower/outward (fleshly) form of reason], nor like them that serve carnally. 3 The [only acceptable] sacrifice of the Lord is righteousness, and purity of heart and lips. 4 Present your reins before Him blamelessly [if you feel guilt, there is a reason!]: and let not thy [spiritual] heart do violence to [a fleshly] heart, nor thy [spiritual] soul to [a fleshly] soul. 5 Thou shalt not acquire a stranger [one who is of the world] by the price of thy silver [your higher/inward (spiritual) understandings - such silver is for "friends" (of the bridegroom) not strangers] neither shalt thou seek to devour thy neighbor [with the too much of the Word of Truth for he may not be able to bear it], 6 Neither shalt thou deprive him of the covering of his nakedness [the fig leaf he wears is religion (based upon the reading of Moses {the foundation of the worlds laws today} which to this day casts a veil over his heart) for he still needs a "tutor"]. 7 But put on the grace of the Lord without stint [do not buffet against the sins discovered to you]; and come into His Paradise [His rest] and make thee a garland [as a badge of Truth and wisdom] from its tree [of Life],. 8 And put it on thy head [wear it in your thoughts and intentions at all times] and be glad [for you have been found in the Book of Life]; and recline on His rest [enter into His true sabbath], and glory shall go before thee, 9 And thou shalt receive of His kindness and of His grace [you shall not be in want of anything spiritually or physically]; and thou shalt be flourishing in truth in the praise of His holiness. ODE 21.
1 My arms I lifted up to the Most High, even to the grace of the Lord: because He had cast off my bonds [sinful nature] from me: and my Helper [the Spirit of Truth] had lifted me [my soul] up to His grace and to His salvation: 2 And I put off darkness [ignorance of the Truth - the "old man" and his coat of flesh] and clothed myself with light [knowledge of the Truth], 3 And my soul acquired a [spiritual] body free from sorrow or affliction or pains [the "new man" is a spiritual body] 4 And increasingly helpful to me was the thought of the Lord, and His fellowship in incorruption: 5 And I was lifted up [in the spirit] in His light; and I served before Him, 6 And I became near to Him [in my heart], praising and confessing Him; 7 My heart ran over and was found in my mouth [for what one speaks is from the heart]: and it arose upon my lips; and the exultation of the Lord increased on my face, and His praise likewise. ODE 22.
1 He who brought me down from on high [into the lower/outward (fleshly) form], also brought me up from the regions below [into the higher/inward (spiritual) substance]; 2 And He who gathers together the things that are betwixt is He also who cast me down: 3 He who scattered my enemies had existed from ancient and my adversaries: 4 He who gave me authority over bonds that I might loose them; 5 He that overthrew by my hands the dragon with seven heads: and thou hast set me over his roots that I might destroy his seed. 6 Thou wast there and didst help me, and in every place thy name was a rampart to me. 7 Thy right hand [Spiritual Power] destroyed his Wicked poison [deceptive words]; and thy hand leveled the way for those who believe in thee. 8 And thou didst choose them from the graves [those who were physically dead] and didst separate them from the dead [those still in the first birth]. 9 Thou didst take dead bones and didst cover them with [spiritual] bodies. 10 They were motionless [were not yet moved by the Spirit], and thou didst give them energy for life ["But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:"]. 11 Thy way was without corruption and thy face; thou didst bring thy world to corruption [by making sin manifest]: that everything [worldly] might be dissolved [shown to be falsehood], and then renewed [in Spirit and in Truth], 12 And that the foundation for everything might be thy rock [Messiah]: and on it thou didst build thy kingdom; and it became the dwelling place of the saints. ODE 23.
1 Joy is of the saints! and who shall put it [the crown of Truth] on, but they alone? 2 Grace is of the elect! and who shall receive it [the hidden meanings of the Word] except those who trust in it from the beginning [of their spiritual birth]? 3 Love is of the elect? And who shall put it [the garment of Love and Righteousness] on except those who have possessed it from the beginning [before they were formed in the womb]? 4 Walk ye in the knowledge of the Most High without grudging: to His exultation and to the perfection of His knowledge. 5 And His thought was like a letter [of the Law and the Prophets - the OT]; His will descended from on high [was transmitted by angels/prophets], and it was sent like an arrow [in order to pierce the heart] which is violently from the bow: 6 And many hands [those who sought earthly power and rule] rushed to the letter to seize it [make it captive for their own benefit] and to take and read it [the hidden meanings therein]: 7 And it escaped their fingers [they could not grasp the meaning thereof] and they were affrighted at it and at the [impenetrable] seal that was upon it. 8 Because it was not permitted to them to loose its seal [they could not make heads or tails of it]: for the power that was over the seal was greater than they. 9 But those who saw it [the religious leaders] went after the letter [interpreted it in their depraved minds] that they might know where it would alight [hoping to establish the Kingdom of God on earth themselves], and [they controlled/determined] who should read it and who should hear it [that they might "lord it over them"]. 10 But a wheel received it and came over it [the same wheel used to raise and lower a bucket into a cistern to fetch water (as when the Samaritan woman was looking for water (Words of Life) at the well]: 11 And there was with it a sign of the [invisible] Kingdom and of the Government [upon His shoulders that was being set up]: 12 And everything which tried to move [impose their own will upon] the wheel [to bind it] it mowed and cut down [with the Truth]: 13 And it gathered the multitude of adversaries, and bridged the rivers and crossed over and rooted up many forests and made a broad path [the same that leads to destruction]. 14 The head [the thoughts and intents of the Father] went down to the feet [in Christ] for down to the feet [His disciples] ran the wheel, and that which was a sign upon it. 15 The letter [of scriptures] was one of command, for there were included in it all districts [every contingency was covered in the Law]; 16 And there was seen at its head, the head which was revealed even the Son of Truth from the Most High Father, 17 And He inherited and took possession of everything. And the thought of many was brought to nought. 18 And all the apostates [religion] hasted and fled away. And those who persecuted and were enraged became extinct [at the time of the diaspora], 19 And the letter was a great volume ["Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,"], which was wholly written by the finger of God: 20 And the name of the Father was on it and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, to rule for ever and ever. ODE 24.
1 The Dove fluttered over the Messiah, because He was her head [her very mind and thoughts]; and she sang [the voice of the Father] over Him ["This is my Son, the beloved, hear ye Him.."] and her voice was heard [by the Elect yet the rest heard only "thunder"]: 2 And the inhabitants [those vetted in the worldly religious system] were afraid [not being able to discern what the thunder purported to be] and the sojourners [i.e. those not vetted in any worldly religious system (the truly faithful)] were moved [by her spirit]: 3 The birds [Jewish religious leaders in their corrupt state of mind] dropped their wings [they lost whatever spiritual power they had] and all creeping things [those of "laity" who followed after these worldly religious leaders] died in their holes [they could not find Life in these institutions/religions whose teachings are of darkness]: and the abysses [the poisoned waters of religion that would emerge in order to destroy the Truth (Christ)] were opened [their works were made manifest] which had been hidden [in the Prophets of the Old Testament]; and they [the religious leaders] cried to the Lord like women in travail [because in their errant minds they could not see who was in their midst so continued crying to the Lord of Heaven (they believed that the Kingdom of God should be a worldly kingdom and that they would rule with Messiah and receive all of the pomp and glory in front of men that should follow)]: 4 And no [spiritual] food was given to them, because it did not belong to them [it is preserved for the Elect]; 5 And they sealed up the abysses with the seal of the Lord [during the time of Messiah's ministry these threatened to kick anyone who listened to or believed upon Him out of the church, in disgrace - they effectively sealed up their religion with its own traditions, doctrines, ordinances, and other outward forms of worship that required "works" but not of God but men - "Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity" so these who would not depart sealed their own fate in rejecting the Word] And they perished, in the thought [for their father was the devil and their thoughts and intents were as carnally depraved as his] those that had existed from ancient times [they lost faith in the Law and the Prophets because they did not get the Messiah they wanted which was demonstrated in their choice of "Barabbas" (who was a robber like most religious leaders who get gain from their quarters) over Christ]; 6 For they were corrupt from the beginning [in the first birth]; and the end of their corruption was life [the second birth for those who "Come out from her.,."]: 7 And every one of them that was imperfect [those who rejected the Truth and not finding the second birth] perished [in their sins]: for it was not possible to give them a word that they might remain [their hearts were hardened]: 8 And the Lord destroyed the imaginations [of higher/inward thoughts] of all them that had not the truth with them [for "these thought themselves not worthy of the Kingdom"]. 9 For they who in their [own] hearts were lifted up [self-exulted in the spirit of the world] were deficient in [heavenly] wisdom and so they were rejected, because the truth [Christ] was not with them ["...no one comes to the Father but by Me."]. 10 For the Lord disclosed His way [in both Testaments and through the pouring out of holy spirit] and spread abroad His grace ["He enlightens every man coming into the world"]: and those who understood it [the Elect], know His holiness. ODE 25.
1 I was rescued from my bonds [from the "robbers" (spiritual thieves) errant thoughts that are precipitated by religious leaders in their carnal interpretation of scripture] and unto thee, my God, I fled [came out from her]: 2 For thou art the right hand [Spiritual Power] of my Salvation and my helper. 3 Thou hast restrained those [errant thoughts] that rise up against me, 4 And I shall see him [ha Shatan] no more: because thy face [His countenance in Christ] was with me, which saved me by thy grace. 5 But I was despised and rejected in the eyes of many [who loved the darkness]: and I was in their eyes like lead [Truth is seen as a heavy burden to those who love the lie], 6 And strength [faith] was mine from thyself and help [they minister to us as we need it]. 7 Thou didst set me a lamp [the law of the spirit] at my right hand [giving me power to discern higher/inward (spiritual) things] and at my left [giving me power to discern lower/outward (fleshly) things]: and in me there shall be nothing that is not bright [this light will manifest in all of my words and my works]: 8 And I was clothed with the covering of thy Spirit [the fruit of Righteousness], and thou didst remove from me my raiment of skin [crucified my flesh]; 9 For thy right hand [spiritual power] lifted me up [in spirit] and removed sickness [errant thoughts, intents and imaginations] from me: 10 And I became mighty in the truth [the operation of the power of the spirit to preserve and to overcome all obstacles], and holy [set-apart to the Father] by thy righteousness [not my own]; and all my adversaries [who are of the depravity] were afraid of me [people scatter like roaches when the light exposes their nakedness before the Elec]; 11 And I became admirable by the name of the Lord, and I was justified by His gentleness, and His rest is for ever and ever. ODE 26,
[This one speaks for itself and from the above you should be able to interpret it if you have any spiritual discernment]
1 I poured out praise to the Lord, for I am His: 2 And I will speak His holy song for my heart is with Him. 3 For His harp is in my hands, and the Odes of His rest shall not be silent. 4 I will cry unto him from my whole heart: I will praise and exalt Him with all my members. 5 For from the east and even to the west is His praise: 6 And from the south and even to the north is the confession of Him: 7 And from the top of the hills to their utmost bound is His perfection. 8 Who can write the Psalms of the Lord, or who read them? 9 Or who can train his soul for life that his soul may be saved, 10 Or who can rest on the Most High, so that with His mouth he may speak? 11 Who is able to interpret the wonders of the Lord? 12 For he who could interpret would be dissolved and would become that which is interpreted. 13 For it suffices to know and to rest: for in rest the singers stand, 14 Like a river which has an abundant fountain, and flows to the help of them that seek it. ODE 27.
1 I stretched out [extended to the limit] my hands [my limited spiritual power of discernment] and sanctified [blessed Him through and for the work He is doing in me] my Lord: 2 For the extension of my hands [the works of and the power of the spirit in me] is His sign [how He is manifest in me]: 3 And my expansion is the upright tree [or cross] [i.e. we must all pick up our own "cross" and crucify the flesh (walk as our Messiah walked)].
ODE 28
1 As the wings [the spiritual power] of doves [true angels of the Lord who minister to the children of God] over their nestlings [the minds and thoughts of these children]; and the mouth of their nestlings towards their mouths [the children are always hungry for more spiritual food], 2 So also are the wings of the Spirit over my heart [demonstrating there is a higher/inward (spiritual) meaning and substance in the Word]: 3 My heart is delighted and exults: like the babe who exults in the womb of his mother [knowing she is preparing to give spiritual birth to the "son" inside of you]: 4 I believed [in faith]; therefore I was at rest [stopped depending upon my own works]; for faithful is He in whom I have believed: 5 He has richly blessed me and my head is with Him [my mind and thoughts are being conformed to Christ]: and the sword [the spoken Word which is double edged] shall not divide me from Him [the Elect can see with the spiritual eyes and cannot be led astray so easily - they see both inward substance and outward forms so they cannot be divided for they are all One in Spirit], nor the scimitar [the word of error found in religious systems]; 6 For I am ready [my faith is strengthened] before destruction [of the flesh] comes; and I have been set on His immortal pinions [the framework of HIs spiritual Truth which preserves life (the soul)]: 7 And He showed me His sign [the Kingdom inside of me]: forth [in my word and works] and given me to drink [of HIs fountain of Life], and from that life is the spirit [second birth] within me and it cannot die [for it is of God], for it lives [eternally]. 8 They [my disciples and friends] who saw me [knew I was the Anointed One] marvelled at me [because he was acting as a pacifist which was contrary to what they expected from the Pentateuch], because I was persecuted [not at all treated like the all knowing, all powerful King they were expecting], and they supposed that I was swallowed up [in death]: for I seemed to them as one of the lost [even his closest disciples were devastated that their King was so easily "killed" by the rulers at the time losing much faith]; 9 And my oppression became my salvation [He learned obedience through suffering]; and I was their reprobation [their corrupt hearts thought Him a sinner because they were stuck on the letter and could not comprehend His speech] because there was no seal in me [His Words were not like the words of the religious leaders at the time for "He spoke as One with authority"]; 10 Because I did good to every man I was hated [evil cannot away with good], 11 And they came round me like mad dogs [typical religious leaders whose madness is the imaginations of their reprobate minds], who ignorantly attack their masters [they cannot discern the hand that feeds them], 12 For their thought is corrupt [evil] and their understanding perverted [carnal in nature]. 13 But I was carrying water [the Living Word] in my right hand [in the Power of the Spirit] and their bitterness [anger, pride, covetness etc..] I endured by my sweetness [meekness, kindness, mercy etc..]: 14 And I did not perish [as they believed due to their stony hearts], for I was not their [spiritual] brother nor was my [second] birth like theirs [the first birth they are still in]. 15 And they sought for my death ["the Way the Truth and the Life" is what they tried to kill] and did not find it [It continues to this day]: for I was older than the memorial of them ["the Word was in the beginning with God..."]; 16 And vainly did they make attack upon me [they still attack the Word, the Truth today but the spirit works in secret in the hearts of man] and those [the Elect] who, without reward ["And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be."], came after me [picked up their "cross" and followed Him - there is no reward until the crucifixion of the flesh]:
17 They sought to destroy the memorial [remembrance] of him [the Truth, the Word] who was before them [in Eminence]. 18 For the thought of the Most High cannot be anticipated; and His heart is superior to all wisdom [heavenly or worldly for He created both!]. Hallelujah.
ODE 29.
1 The Lord is my hope: in Him I shall not be confounded [by the Babylonian religious system for "God is not the author of confusion"]. 2 For according to His praise He made me [formed me in both wombs], and according to His goodness even so He gave unto me [grace]: 3 And according to His mercies He exalted me [lifted me up in the spirit]: and according to His excellent beauty [countenance-brilliance] He set me on high [put His seal upon me that I be higher than my brothers]: 4 And brought me up out of the depths of Sheol [the first death]: and from the mouth [thoughts and intentions (and sayings)] of death [the devil] He drew me [out of water (the Word of Life) - like Moses was (the prophet like him)]: 5 And thou didst lay my enemies low [with the Key of Knowledge and discernment] and He justified me by His grace [not by my works (that we ceased from)]. 6 For I believed [and put my faith in and trusted] in the Lord's Messiah: and it appeared to me [the spirit gave me discernment] that He is the Lord [His exact representation as ambassador and High Priest]; 7 And He showed him His sign [through His Word and His Works]: and He led, me [by example] by His light [Truth], and gave me the rod of His power [the holy spirit which when one receives it discovers our sins to us and causes us to repent and turn from them that He might perfect us] 8 That I might subdue the imaginations of the peoples [the depravity created by religious/worldly leaders who continually attack Truth at every turn]; and the power of the men of might [earthly kings and priests] to bring them low [seeing their depraved condition and lack of discernment they can only see the lower/outward (fleshly) forms]: 9 To make war [against Babylon's attempt to steal away my soul] by His word [Truth which is the only way to make war with the beast], and to take victory [over the beast] by His power [His hand - not my own]. 10 And the Lord overthrew my enemy by His word [over time even the errant thoughts that pass through our minds are cast out as we are transformed into Christ]: and he [the enemy and the deceptive thoughts and intents he tries to bind us with] became like the stubble [lifeless branches] which the wind [spirit] carries away [reaps into the fire]; 11 And I gave praise to the Most High because He exalted me His [lowly] servant and the son of His handmaid [the holy spirit for this is of the second birth]. ODE 30.
1 Fill [interpret with the fullness of the spirit] ye waters [the Word given to you with the Key of Knowledge] for yourselves from the living fountain [Messiah who freely gives of it], of the Lord, for it is opened to you [the Elect]: 2 And come all ye thirsty [for spiritual drink] and take the draught [from this living fountain being poured out]; and rest [cease from your own works] by the fountain of the Lord [who will take over from here for "He is the author and finisher of your faith"]. 3 For fair it is and pure and gives rest to the soul [individual spirit consciousness], Much more pleasant are its waters than honey [the Old Testament and the Prophets]; 4 And the honeycomb [birth chamber] of bees [means "orderly motion" so religious leaders who interpret without the Key of Knowledge but whose doctrine and traditions are sweet in the mouth of all who eat of it] is not to be compared with it [one is spiritual and one is fleshly]. 5 For it ["the fountain of the Lord"] flows forth from the lips of the Lord and from the heart of the Lord is its name [the True interpretations can only come from Him]. 6 And it came infinitely and invisibly [only those of the set-apart spirit can see it or hear it]: and until it [the Word/Truth] was set in the midst [Christ came in the "midst of years" which is the middle of the Abrahamic Covenant (the father of many nations)] they [the physical sons of Abraham] did not know it [the Word of Truth as they only had the "letter"]: 7 Blessed are they [the Elect] who have drunk therefrom [the fountain of Life] and have found rest [from their own works] thereby. Hallelujah.
ODE 31.
1 The abysses [world's religious systems] were dissolved [the Old Covenant and its institutionalized way of things passed away] before the Lord [with the New Covenant]: and darkness [ignorance] was destroyed by His appearance [leaving no excuse]: 2 Error went astray [and tried to kill Him] and perished at His hand [by His power to overcome death]: and folly found no path to walk in [when the physical temple fell these were in great confusion], and was submerged [brought low] by the truth of the Lord [the hidden higher/inward (spiritual) meaning of the Word]. 3 He opened His mouth and spake grace and joy: and He spake a new song of praise to His name [that new name of His]: 4 And He lifted up His voice to the Most High and offered the sons ["as a living sacrifice"] that were with Him [crucifying their flesh]. 5 And His face was justified, for thus His holy Father had given to Him. 6 Come forth, ye that have been afflicted [for Truths sake] and receive joy, and possess your souls [instead of letting Babylonian captivity possess them] by His grace [which is available to anyone who will turn from their own will to the Will of the Father]; and take to you immortal life [eat from the Tree of Life]. 7 And they [religious leaders] made me a debtor [a sinner who required works of the flesh to be saved] when I rose up [was lifted up in spirit], me who had been a debtor [took on the sins of the world]: and they divided my spoil [the New Covenant by creating literally thousands of denominations of Christianity for themselves that they might get gain from their quarters], though nothing was due to them [He freely gave and expected those who received to freely give]. 8 But I endured [His own and the persecution of His Elect whom He is in] and held my peace and was silent [for two millennia] as if not moved by them. 9 But I stood unshaken like a firm rock [one steadfast in faith] which is beaten by the waves [the influence of fleshly thoughts and intents from all of the depravity that surrounded Him] and endures. 10 And I bore their bitterness [Ode 28] for humility's [the Elect's] sake: 11 In order, that I might redeem my people [thorough suffering], and inherit it [the Father's Kingdom] and that I might not make void my promises to the fathers [Abraham, Isaac and Jacob] to whom I promised the salvation of their [spiritual] seed [who are the Elect]. Hallelujah.
ODE 32.
1 To the blessed there is joy from their hearts, and light from Him that dwells in them: 2 And words from the Truth, who was self-originate: for He is strengthened by the holy power of the Most High: and He is unperturbed for ever and ever. Hallelujah.
ODE 33
1 Again Grace ran and forsook corruption, and came down in Him [Messiah] to bring it to nought; 2 And He destroyed [the "old man" of] perdition from before Him [the first birth - the flesh by suffering and crucifixion], and devastated all its order [in the world]; 3 And He stood on a lofty summit [the Kingdom of God] and uttered His voice [the Word/Truth] from one end of the earth to the other [it has spanned the globe]: 4 And drew to Him all those [who were called, answered and] who obeyed Him; and there did not appear as it were an evil person [anyone who enters this Kingdom cannot be evil]. 5 But there stood a perfect virgin ["birth" of the order of Melchesidek having no (fleshly) father or mother nor genealogy in the earth] who was proclaiming and calling and saying, 6 O ye sons of men [of the first birth], return ye [to the image of God], and ye daughters of men [ditto], come ye: 7 And forsake the ways of that corruption [of the world] and draw near unto me ["seek the heavenly things..."], and I will enter into you ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"], and will bring you forth [give you spiritual birth] from perdition [the flesh], 8 And make you wise in the ways of truth [give you the Key of Knowledge]: that you be not destroyed nor perish [by the errant religions of the world who would steal your soul for the devil (their father)]: 9 Hear ye me [obey] and be redeemed ["Come out form her my people"]. For the grace of God I am telling among you [the Good News!]: and by my means [through me] you shall be redeemed and become blessed. 10 I [the Word, the Truth] am your judge [we are judged by the Truth and how we react to it for He, not earthly religious leaders, judges both the living and the dead]; and they who have put me [Christ] on shall not be injured [by the second death]: but they shall possess the new earth [a new heart] that is incorrupt: 11 My chosen ones walk in me [the Truth], and my ways [which are hidden from the world] I will make known to them that seek me, and I will make them trust in my name [put all of their faith in Me alone to guide them]. Hallelujah.
ODE 34.
1 No way is hard where there is a simple [undemanding/meek] heart [this one is malleable and easily moved wherever the spirit guides him]. 2 Nor is there any wound [affliction in one's conscience] where the thoughts are upright [toward the heavenly things]: 3 Nor is there any storm [turbulence that arises] in the depth [the lower/outward (fleshly) forms] of the illuminated thought [the higher/inward (spiritual) substance]: 4 Where one is surrounded on every side by beauty [this one sees the beauty of God's plan in every work], there is nothing that is divided [to this one the outward becomes the inward in One Spirit, One Truth, One Master, One Way]. 5 The likeness [image] of what is below [the outward (visible) traditions, ordinances, festivals etc. that are conducted in by those of the first birth hoping to gain life by them] is that which is above [they are only a picture of the inward (hidden) struggle that anyone who truly has Christ in them must endure i.e. they eat a physical loaf of bread and drink a physical cup of wine saying they are the body and blood of Christ in ignorance not knowing that the bread (the body of Christ) is now His faithful, obedient followers who not only eat the true hidden manna from heaven but become that bread and that the cup, the blood of His covenant is the persecution and suffering His True Disciples must endure while "in the world"]; for everything is above [all what you see whether in the image or in your spiritual body is of God]: what is below is nothing but the imagination of those that are without knowledge [religion that "do not see what is in front of them"]. 6 Grace has been revealed [by the Word, the Truth] for your salvation. Believe [first step (even the demons do this) so one must also have (true) faith which included obedience] and live [find the resurrection in Christ while still in the earth by learning obedience through suffering (crucify the flesh) and be saved. Hallelujah.
ODE 35.
1 The dew [the gentle Words of Life] of the Lord in quietness [meditation and silent waiting] He distilled [purified with the Key of Knowledge] upon me: 2 And the cloud [spiritual mental images (cloud is water vapor or dew)] of peace [no more division or duality of mind] He caused to rise over my head [all of my thoughts and intents were conforming to Christ], which guarded me continually [from the errant thoughts (darts) of the devil]; 3 It was to me for salvation: everything [that was worldly in my heart] was shaken [by the Words of Life, the Truth] and they [the demons (the errant thoughts) in my mind] were affrighted [at the prospect of being cast out from me]; 4 And there came forth from them a smoke [deception] and a judgment [one will try to justify the errant thoughts which brings condemnation]; and I was keeping quiet in the order of [in obedience to] the Lord: 5 More than shelter [a propitiation] was He to me and more than foundation [for He is the whole building]. 6 And I was carried ["caught up to God"] like a child by mother: and He gave me milk [some of the hidden mysteries within the scriptures], the dew of the Lord: 7 And I grew great [in spiritual stature and wisdom] by His bounty [by the Spirit of Truth], and rested [from my own works] in His perfection [His Work in me], 8 And I spread out my hands [extended all of my heavenly and earthly power] in the lifting up [from its former depravity] of my soul [that it might live]: and I was made right with the Most High and I was redeemed with Him. Hallelujah.
ODE 36.
1 I rested [ceased from my own works] in the Spirit of the Lord ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"]: and the Spirit raised me on high [in heavenly wisdom and stature]: 2 And made me stand on my feet [that I not bow down to worldly religious/government leaders] in the height of the Lord [who is above them all], before His perfection and His glory, while I was praising Him by the composition of His songs [the revealed "hidden" wisdom in the scriptures]. 3 The Spirit [Dove] brought me forth [gave me spiritual birth] before the face of the Lord: and, although a son of man [still in the flesh], I was named the Illuminate, the Son of God: 4 While I praised amongst the praising ones [the truly faithful who joyfully received Him], and great was I amongst the mighty ones [the kings of the earth]. 5 For according to the greatness of the Most High, so He made me [into His image]: and like His own newness [which came from "repairing the breach" and "renting the veil"] He renewed me [in this second birth]; and He anointed me [set me apart from the world] from His own perfection: 6 And I became one of His Neighbours [a friend]; and my mouth was opened [I spoke forth the Word]; like a cloud of dew [in its higher/inward (spiritual) substance, Life giving Words]; 7 And my heart poured out as it were a gushing stream of righteousness [I became a bubbling fountain of Life], 8 And my access to Him was in peace; and I was established [known] by the Spirit of His [heavenly] government. Hallelujah.
ODE 37.
[this one should be easy enough for one to discern]
1 I stretched out my hands to my Lord: and to the Most High I raised my voice: 2 And I spake with the lips of my heart; and He heard me when my voice reached Him: 3 His answer came to me and gave me the fruits of my labours; 4 And it gave me rest by the grace of the Lord. Hallelujah.
ODE 38.
1 I went up to [believed in and accepted] the light of truth [Christ] as if into a chariot [a vessel of (spiritual) war]: 2 And the Truth took me and led me [into more Truth]: and carried me across pits [falsehoods of religion] and gulleys [persecutions - "the shadow of death"]; and from the rocks [governments] and the waves [agitated or raging thoughts of political winds] it [Truth] preserved me: 3 And it [Truth] became to me a haven of Salvation [it set me free]: and set me [established me that I put my trust in] on the arms of immortal life [as opposed to "the arm of flesh"]: 4 And it went with me and made me rest [from my own works], and suffered me not to wander [out of the Way] because it was the Truth [and once you have it, you cannot away with it only throw it to the ground]. 5 And I ran no risk [of failure], because I walked with Him [obeyed His Commandments]; 5 And I did not make an error for anything [did not allow any errant thoughts to take hold of me] because I obeyed the Truth [which discovers our sins for us and helps us destroy them]. 7 For Error [errant thoughts and intents] flees away from it [Truth] and meets it not: but the Truth proceeds in the right path [regardless of being surrounded by Error], and 8 What ever I did not know [in my ignorance in the flesh], it made clear to me [in the spirit of Truth], all the poisons [bitter waters] of error [the lower/outward (fleshly) forms (traditions, ordinances etc.) of religion, government], and the plagues of death [caused by the errant word ("the letter which kills") and has been the basis for unjust wars and killing for almost six thousand years] which they [the religious leaders and their adherents] think to be sweetness [sweet waters - they believe that they are doing a service to God and country]: 9 And I saw the destroyer of destruction [the Messiah], when the [Errant] bride [religion] who is corrupted is adorned [by the world as though she is in incorruption]: and the bridgegroom [the devil] who corrupts and is corrupted [from the beginning of her ways (as are all religions)]; 10 And I asked the Truth, 'Who are these?'; and He said to me, 'This is the deceiver [the devil] and the error [those who have him as their father]: 11 And they [the religious leaders] are alike in the beloved and in his bride [his ministers also "transform themselves into angels of light"]: and they lead astray [captive] and corrupt the whole world [under Talmudic Roman Catholic Cult Laws even unto this day]: 12 And they invite many to the banquet [to eat of their poisoned food], 13 And give them to drink of the [worldly] wine of their intoxication [ignorant stupor], and remove their [ability to acquire] wisdom and knowledge, and so they make them without [spiritual] intelligence [these are clearly spoken of in Isaiah]; 14 And then they leave them [to their own devices]; and then these go about like madmen corrupting [this is quite evident in how the rulers of the world are acting today]: seeing that they are with out heart [they have no love in them], nor do they seek for it [they only seek power and glory in the world].' 15 And I was made wise so as not to fall into the hands [under the power] of the deceiver; and I congratulated myself because the Truth went with me, 16 And I was established [in faith] and lived and was redeemed, 17 And my foundations [my conscious/subconscious mind and heart (soul)] were laid on [handed over to] the hand [power of] of the Lord: because He established me [by Grace]. 18 For He set the root [the foundation of faith of the True Vine] and watered it [with the Words of Life] and fixed it [removed any spots from the world] and blessed it; and its fruits [of Righteousness] are for ever. 19 It [the root] struck deep [into the hearts of man] and sprung up [within them] and spread out [through their testimony] and was full and enlarged [filled the whole earth]; 20 And the Lord alone was glorified in His planting [the Vine] and in His husbandry [the branches]: by His care and by the blessing of His lips, 21 By the beautiful planting of His right hand [the Power in Messiah]: and by the discovery of His planting [by those who found Him (or the lost sheep that He found!)], and by the thought of His mind [which they are being conformed to]. Hallelujah.
ODE 39.
1 Great rivers [words, laws of religion (worldly organizations who love the lie)] are the power of the Lord ["to punish those who do evil and to reward those who do good"]: 2 And they carry headlong [support/reward impetuously] those who despise Him [Truth, Love, Righteousness etc..]: and entangle [set snares for] their paths: 3 And they sweep away their fords [their ability to cross over i.e. they thoroughly deceive them that they don't even seek Truth], and catch their bodies [get mastery over their flesh] and destroy their lives [their souls are captured that they find not the life before they perish in the flesh]. 4 For they [these rivers] are more swift than lightning and more rapid [they are quick to judge and persecute those who might seek Truth], and those [the Elect] who cross them in faith are not moved [by the spirit of the world (deceptive practices nor worldly glamour and status)]; 5 And those who walk on them [these waters as Messiah did] without blemish [doubts - spots from the world] shall not be afraid [even if they threaten them with death]. 6 For the sign in them [which is known only by their word and works] is the Lord; and the sign is the way of those who cross in the name of the Lord; 7 Put on [wear as a garment], therefore the name [character] of the Most High, and know Him [as He is] and you shall cross without danger [your soul will be preserved by your faith in Him], for the rivers [of falsehood] will be subject to you. 8 The Lord has bridge them [the lower/outward (fleshly) forms (their meanings) and the higher/inward (spiritual) substance (their meanings) renting the veil that separated them] by His word [Truth - the Key of Knowledge]; and He walked [in the spirit] and crossed them on foot [for "the world became a footstool for His feet" (the Elect)]: 9 And His footsteps [the Way, guided by His Law "which is a lamp unto His feet"] stand firm on the water [the water of the world "has nothing in Him"], and are not injured [by accusations, threats of fears that only serve to cause "doubt"]; they are as firm as a tree [a great spiritual man] that is truly set up. 10 And the waves [emotions of the people of these rivers] were lifted up [in the spirit of the world] on this side and on that [there is division in all religious or political institutions as the beast always seeks advantage over others], but the footsteps of our Lord Messiah stand firm and are not obliterated [by division] and are not deface [spotted by the world]. 11 And a way [of Righteousness] has been appointed for those who cross after Him ["pick up their cross'" and follow in His footsteps] and for those who adhere [continue] to the course of faith in Him and worship His name. Hallelujah.
ODE 40.
1 As the honey distill from the comb of the bees, 2 And the milk flows from the woman that loves her children; 3 So also is my hope on Thee, my God. 4 As the fountain gushes out its water. 5 So my heart gushes out the praise of the Lord and my lips utter praise to Him, and my tongue His psalms, 6 And my face exults with His gladness and my spirit exults in His love and my soul shines in Him: 7 And reverence confides in Him; and redemption in Him stands assured: 8 And His inheritance is immortal life, and those who participate in it are incorrupt. Hallelujah.
ODE 41.
1 All the Lord's children [the Elect] will praise Him, and will collect the truth of His faith [from the higher/inward (spiritual) meaning of the Word]. 2 And His children shall be known to Him. Therefore we will sing in His love: 3 We live in the Lord by His grace: and life [spiritual birth] we receive in His Messiah [who baptizes in fire and in spirit]: 4 For a great day has shined upon us: and marvellous is He who has given us of His glory ["Christ in you, the hope of glory"]. 5 Let us, therefore all of us unite together [as One in the spirit] in the name of the Lord [enter into His Covenant], and let us honour Him in His goodness, 6 And let our faces shine in [reflect] His light: and let our hearts [souls] meditate in His love by night [in times of trouble] and by day [in times of plenty]. 7 Let us exult with the joy of the Lord. 8 All those [in captivity of the world's religious system] will be astonished that see me [one who is considered a gentile (unbeliever) because I do not go to "church"], For from another race [a spiritual race that comes as a result of the second birth] am I [while they are still fleshly in the first birth]; 9 For the Father of truth remembered me: He who possessed me [my soul] from the beginning: 10 For His bounty [the fullness of the spirit] begat me, and the thought of His heart [His perfect Love is always on my mind]: 11 And His Word is with us in all our way [for it now bubbles up from within]; 12 The Saviour who makes alive and does not reject our souls; 13 The [Son of] man who was humbled [in a slaves form], and exalted by His own righteousness ["no sin was found in Him"], 14 The Son of the Most High appeared in the perfection of His Father [while in the earth]; 15 And light dawned from the Word that was beforetime in Him;. 16 The Messiah is truly one [in Spirit]; and He was known before the foundation of the world [the fall of Adam], 17 That He might save souls forever by the truth of His name: a new song [the hidden meanings of the scriptures] arises from those who love Him. Hallelujah.

1 I stretched out my hands [to give what remains of my spiritual and earthly power unto the Father] and approached my Lord [the Father through Christ]: 2 For the stretching of my hands is His sign [doing according to His Will]: 2 My expansion is the outspread tree [picking up my "cross" and crucifying my flesh] which was set up on the way [by obedience through suffering] of the Righteous One. 4 And I became of no account to those who did not take hold of me [remained in their worldly ways and religions] and I shall be with those who love me [the Elect who demonstrated their love by coming "out from her.."]. 5 All my persecutors are dead [still in the mind of flesh (the first birth which is the first death]; and they [the Elect] sought after me who hoped in me, because I was alive [in Spirit]: 6 And I rose up [from the dead state I was in after taking on the sins of the world] and am with them [in Spirit and in Truth]; and I will speak by their mouths [they will prophesy of me from within]. 7 For they have despised those [religious leaders and the errant thoughts they bring] who persecuted them [while faithfully seeking me (Truth)]; 8 And I lifted up over them the yoke of my love [which is easy - no more sacrifices and offerings or traditions and ordinances of the Old Covenant for we have become all of those things]; 9 Like the [loving] arm of the bridegroom over the bride [to hold her close and comfort her], 10 So was my yoke over those that know me [His Commands are not grievous but loving]: 11 And as the couch [a place of rest] that is spread in the house of the bridegroom and bride, 12 So is my love over those that believe in me [and trust in me enough to cease from their own works]. 13 And I was not rejected [by the Father] though I was reckoned to be so [by the religious leaders]. 14 I [my soul] did not perish, though they devised it against me [they believed that they can determine "who goes up and who goes down" (like the Catholic Church today)]. 13 Sheol [death] saw me and was made miserable [who can bear such light in this darkness]: 16 Death cast me up [death cannot suffer light] and many along with me. 17 I had gall and bitterness, and I went down with him [ha Shatan] to the utmost of his depth [came to know (understand) "the deep things of Satan"]: 18 And the feet and the head he let go, for they were not able to endure my face: 19 And I made a congregation of living men [the Elect] amongst his dead men [those of the world], and I spake with them by living lips [the Fountain of Life]: 20 Because my word shall not be void [what He says will occur will occur]: 21 And those who had died [physically and/or spiritually by the hands of errant rulers] ran towards me [the Light/Truth]: and they cried and said, Son of God, have pity on us, and do with us according to thy kindness. 22 And bring us out from the bonds of darkness [religion]: and open to us the door [the Truth, the Life found in the mystery of the Word] by which we shall come out to thee. 23 For we see that our death [our sinful nature] has not touched thee. 24 Let us also be redeemed with thee: for thou art our Redeemer. 25 And I heard their voice; and my name I sealed upon their heads [my thoughts and intents became theirs]: 26 For they are [now] free men and they are mine. Hallelujah.
